From a user: i'd like to be able to drag a file onto the app icon in the dock to open it if it's a markdown file, or to right click and "open with..." to open it in smolpad
Open Markdown files with Smolpad. Drop a .md on the Dock icon, use Open With, or drag files onto the note list, and Smolpad copies them into your notes. Text files work when you hand them over deliberately, and your originals are never touched or moved. The copy keeps the name, extension and dates it arrived with, so an old file stays an old file. Settings › General has switches for the confirmation and for converting imports to .md.
