when you go from the list to the editor: OK, no more effect
When you come back to the list, the 4 icons appear one after one from left to right ( +, New Directory, Sort, Labels), but perhaps it is your choice ?
For me, it’s a bug: if an icon has an effect, it means that there is a new action/info about this icon.

@Ange Thanks for sending the video! I looked into it. Apple sets the animation (and it’s common for apps that use the standard toolbar for buttons at the top.) iOS 26 had a lot of animation. iOS 27 reduces this. So for the next version of the iPhone’s OS software, it won’t have the pop-in animation anymore. I saw this on my phone. I’m also adding in support for reduced animations via Accessibility menu in version 1.3.4 so things like the Search bar won’t bounce-in if the Accessibility setting is on.

It is not really a flashing :
on Editor, it is like a blur
on List, the icons re showed one by one.
Perhaps it is your choice to display them like that.
